Q1: Will I receive a physical product?
No, all our products are digital, so nothing physical will ship. You’ll either be added to our course platform, Thrivecart Learn, and be able to download your purchase as soon as the downloads are ready. here
Q2: How do I get access to courses I purchase?
If you purchased a course, there is a bit of tech going on behind the scenes. If you’ve never purchased a course from us before, you’ll get an email that says, “How to access your new courses.” If you’ve purchased courses from us before, you won’t receive the access email, but you will receive the welcome to the course email.
If you haven’t heard anything within 30 minutes, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q3: How do I download my guide, workbook, or other document that I purchased?
You should see a button to download your product as soon as the downloads are ready on the order confirmation page. You’ll also get an email with the subject line, “Your Downloads are Ready.”
Q4: What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. We do our best to ensure you receive a quality digital project to help move the needle in your business. With over 7,500 students in our courses, we love helping people build successful online businesses.
